The Foreman is a character in the musical adaptation of Les Misérables who fulfills the role of the overseer. He appears during "At the End of the Day." Acting on behalf of the major, the Foreman is responsible for kicking Fantine out on the streets. In 2012 film, he is played by Michael Jibson, and by Jeff Nicholson during 25th Anniversary concert.
